my suggestion is. that all staff needs to be 15 or 16 atleat. we dont want a mod like G0ld3n bech lol

I disagree... i believe if they are put through training or have a trustworthy backround, they should be eligable for mod.

Players will have no respect for little kids having power over them. Players wont listen to them and this will cause the younger staff to get angry and abuse their powers. I'm sorry, but if you ask me, younger kids can't make mature decisions and I believe we need an age restriction.

Wow James.... I didn't think of that. I agree there should be a limit, but i think it should be like 14 and up. If they show immaturity in any way, then i believe they should be restricted after doing so.

I think we are jumping to far ahead on how old you need to be. I believe we need to show everyone respect. We need to be a Ingardia team not different teams of age.

James point is completely true though cam, there will be exceptions but for the most part older is better.
