As seeing you have a lot going for you now, I'm glad for you but I can also say you will be greatly missed. Your work and effort with us was and will always be greatly appreciated. All I can say (toward all of us) is its not her fault, nor is it ours. We have to keep trying. In this moment, the odds look as though they are against us, more like they ARE definitely against us, but I believe with time we can accomplish great things. What I see in our group is an incredible mix of talents and we all work together in a really unique way. Those of us here have seen what we're capable of, and that's just the start! We have a lot of potential and I think we can be on the top if we just focus better. Once again, I see this as more than reasonable. I hope you fair well. and to the rest of us, keep going and ill try to guide us in the right direction. I'm going to struggle, so please for our benefit call me out when I'm doing something unreasonable.

Meg, i didn't know you for very long, but for the time i did, you showed me a person who was a great leader.
You kept people motivated (especially me when i was feeling down about the code that wasn't working) and you were a great public front.
Whilst I'm sad that you're leaving, i hope you consider coming back one day, at least to see our progress.
My best wishes to your time at University and i hope you find joy and happiness in whatever you end up doing in life.
To Isaac, i have known you just a little longer than i have meg, but since then you have proven yourself to be a loyal and caring colleague and a true friend. I am happy to follow your plans for the future and i know that you will step up to this position well.
I will miss you meg, and the rest of the team. If anyone has ideas as the plans for future development, please don't hesitate to pass on any ideas to me.
